Understand be able to explain what the NAECI is and why it is important ? Talk about the main scope, aims and provisions of the NAECI ? Be able to apply the main provisions of the NAECI and employment law in common situations ? Be able to describe how site managers, supervisors and shop stewards contribute to managing employee relations ?
