Learning Outcomes
The course covers the following areas so the learner will:
? Understand be able to explain what the NAECI is and why it is important
? Talk about the main scope, aims and provisions of the NAECI
? Be able to apply the main provisions of the NAECI and employment law in common situations
? Be able to describe how site managers, supervisors and shop stewards contribute to managing employee relations
? Promote good employee relations when working with a team or resolving disputes

The course contains both theory and discussion based learning. There will be a multiple choice questionnaire to be complete. Upon successful completion, the candidate will be issued with certification by the ECITB.
